We help our employer groups with special needs.
We also partner with groups not yet contracted with REAP
who want to learn about how we can help.

Below are examples of REAP's specialized services and consulting.
Please let us know if there are additional roles REAP can help you with.

Exit Interviews:

In response to a request from one of our EAP client organizations, REAP now has five years experience in conducting telephonic exit interviews for a multi-state corporation.  The client is extremely pleased with the quality and cost savings they have achieved by partnering with REAP.

Services include trained counselors who conduct a standard interview, results emailed to HR and the department, plus an annual summary report with results and trends by divisions to assist the organization with identifying retention patterns. If you would like an initial discussion at no cost on how outsourcing exit interviews could benefit you, please Contact Us and ask for Karen Untz.

Critical Incident Response Services and Debriefings:

None of us wants crisis to strike near us, but when a Critical Incident such as a workplace accident or injury, sudden death of an employee, or threatening situations such as robberies or natural disasters occur, we encourage you to contact REAP. Using REAP shows employees that you care and assists them to rebound more quickly.

For critical events, EAP counselors are often involved in consultation with key members of the organization—Management, Human Resources, Medical, Safety, and Security teams. In addition, an EAP specialist may begin support by meeting with individuals or groups for stress debriefings at the worksite. Prevention Articles --Are You Prepared for Crisis at Work?

Case-Specific Consultations:

REAP dedicates our resources to first serving our ongoing contracted organizations who have established a full-service comprehensive EAP.

We realize that other emerging employers may at times recognize a critical need for a case consultation and intervention with a troubled employee. Whenever possible, we contract to serve such cases with a case-specific consultation rate for prospective future customers.

This may help open the door to an ongoing business partnership. We welcome the opportunity to help and demonstrate the value of EAP specialists to your organization. We are flexible to make it affordable for even small businesses to experience the benefits of a strong EAP.
