REAP is accessible by the City bus line, has free parking, and is ground floor accessible for persons with disabilities.
The REAP main office is at 1008 Bullard Court, Suite 101, Raleigh, NC 27615.
REAP is located in North Raleigh near the intersection of Falls of Neuse Road and Spring Forest Road.
It is about halfway (approximately three miles either direction) between the I-440 (Beltline) and the I-540 (outer loop).

Directions from I-440 Beltline
From I-440, take the Wake Forest Road exit #10 and turn to the NORTH -- this is away from downtown, and you pass the Duke Raleigh Hospital.
Note: If you were on I-440 EAST (the Inner Beltline coming from the west or Cary), you go past the Crabtree shopping center exit. When you get off the beltline, you turn LEFT at the bottom of the exit ramp.
Note: If you were on I-440 WEST (the Outer Beltline coming from the south or east), you go past New Bern Avenue and Highway 64. When you get off the beltline, you turn RIGHT off the exit ramp, going North away from town.
As you are traveling NORTH on Wake Forest Road, the road automatically changes names to Falls of Neuse Road. You go about 3 miles from I-440. Traveling North on Falls of Neuse Road, go straight through the stoplight and intersection of Spring Forest Road.
Then, go about 1/2 block and take the next RIGHT onto BULLARD COURT (this is just opposite of Winston's Grille restaurant).
Go straight back, cross over the speed bump, and then turn RIGHT at the 1008 Bullard Ct. sign. You'll see a large 2 story tan and brick building. The front entrance is on the right, and we are on the ground floor (on the left), SUITE 101.

Directions from I-540
From I-540 EAST or WEST, take the Falls of Neuse Road exit # 14 and turn going to the SOUTH.
As you are traveling SOUTH on Falls of Neuse Road, go about 2 1/2 miles, and go through the lights at Newton and Sandy Forks. Get in the left lane. Begin to watch on your right for local businesses. You will see an Auto Zone and a KFC-Taco Bell. Shortly after this you will see a small LEFT turn lane. Get into this small LEFT turn lane. (You will be just opposite Winston's Grille restaurant and about 1/2-block before you would reach the main intersection of Spring Forest Rd.)
TURN LEFT onto BULLARD COURT, go straight back and continue over the speed bump. Then turn RIGHT at the 1008 Bullard Ct. sign. You'll see a large 2 story tan and brick building. The front entrance is on the right, and we are on the ground floor (on the left), SUITE 101.
